Blackjack is a game that brings to mind an image of a crazy ride. It’s a game that starts out slowly, but gradually picks up the pace. As you slowly build up your bankroll, you feel as though you are on your way to the top of the coaster and then when you aren’t expecting it, the bottom falls.
Blackjack is so very similar to a rollercoaster the similarities are astonishing. As with the popular amusement ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will seem to be going well for awhile before it bottoms out again. Undoubtedly you have to be a blackjack player that is able to readjust to the ups and downs of the game simply because the game of black jack is awash with them.
If you like the little coaster, one that doesn’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the rollercoaster ride is with a fatter wager, then jump on for the roller coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high roller will love the view from the monster wild ride because he/she is not thinking about the drop as they rush headlong to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that’s terrific, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to toss and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.
If you do not, you might not naturally recall how much you enjoyed life while your profit was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a mad ride … your head in the clouds. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won’t remember how "high up" you went but you will clearly remember that disastrous fall as clear as day.
