I have enjoyed millions of hands of blackjack. I started working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have bet on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of money at twenty-one. The casinos have made it almost impossible to beat the house.

I still enjoy the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get loaded with this method or defeat the house, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the fact that 21 seems to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the action back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable sometimes. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a few years back with $750 after 20 mins using this method! And a couple of days ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!

You must comprehend that you can say good-bye to a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 game.

Bet five dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the initial $5 bet

Wager five dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Bet ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the initial 10 dollar bet

Wager 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 20 dollar

Bet 20 dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the first 20 dollar bet

Wager $20
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of forty dollar

Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 wager

Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Wager $80
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original $80 bet

Wager $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160

Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 160 dollar bet

If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!

It’s hard to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
